|a تهدف دراستنا للكشف عن مدى مواكبة المكتبة الوطنية الجزائرية للبيئة الرقمية ومدى سعي القائمين عليها لجعلها تتماشى مع متطلبات العصر الرقمي ومدى نجاح المشاريع المنجزة فيها لرقمنة مجموعات المكتبة وخدماتها، عبر قراءة في المقالات العلمية لبعض الباحثين الجزائريين، وتكمن أهميتها في كونها تتطرق لموضوع الرقمنة الذي يعد من أهم مشاريع المكتبات الوطنية باعتبارها منبع المعارف ومصادر المعلومات في الدولة وواجهتها المعرفية الأولى. وقد توصلنا من خلال دراستنا لمجموعة من النتائج أبرزها تمحور أغلب المقالات محل الدراسة حول مشروع رقمنة المخطوطات فقط وتأكيد معظم مؤلفيها على نقص الإمكانيات المادية الكافية لإنجاز مشاريع رقمنة ناجحة بالمكتبة حاليا.
|b Our study aims to reveal the extent to which the Algerian National Library keeps pace with the digital environment and the extent to which those in charge of it strive to make it in line with the requirements of the digital age and the extent of the success of the projects implemented in it to digitize the library collections and services, by reading the scientific articles of some Algerian researchers. The importance of our study lies with digitization which is one of the most important projects of national libraries, as it is the source of knowledge and sources of information in the country and its first knowledge interface. Through our study, we reached a set of results, most notably the focus of most of the articles under study on the project of digitizing manuscripts only, and the emphasis of most of their authors on the lack of sufficient financial capabilities to carry out successful digitization projects in the library currently.
