| 520 | |b The degree of awareness of school principals of strategic management skills from their point of view This study aimed to find out the degree of awareness of school principals of strategic management skills from their point of view, and the study followed the descriptive research method. A sample of government school principals affiliated to the Northwest Badia Education Directorate was selected, the number of its members was (71) principals, by (36) principals. and (35) directors, and a questionnaire on strategic management skills was prepared and consisted of (24) items. The results showed that the degree of school principals' awareness of strategic management skills was medium, and also showed that there was no effect on gender, qualification or experience in the degree of awareness. | ||
