|a هدفت الورقة إلى التعرف على التحديات التي تواجه التداول الإلكتروني بسوق الخرطوم للأوراق المالية وشركات التداول والمتمثلة في البنية التحتية للاتصالات، مخاطر التشغيل، ضعف توسع وانتشار التداول الإلكتروني والقدرة المالية للشركات المدرجة يتمثل مجتمع البحث في شركات التداول المدرجة لدى سوق الخرطوم للأوراق المالية والبالغ عددها 38 شركة، وقد تم استخدام أسلوب الحصر الشامل لقلة عدد الشركات حيث تم توزيع عدد 38 استبانة بعدد شركات التداول وذلك للتحقق من صحة الفرضيات. أثبتت النتائج المتحصل عليها صحة الفرضيات، أي أن التداول الإلكتروني يتأثر سلباً بمخاطر التشغيل وضعف البنية التحتية للاتصالات وكذلك ضعف القدرة المالية للشركات، كما أن الزيادة في سيولة السوق تتأثر بضعف التوسع والانتشار في خدمة التداول الإلكتروني. أوصت الدراسة بمعالجة مشاكل البنية التحتية للاتصالات والتوسع في خدمة التداول الإلكتروني بزيادة عدد الشركات المدرجة وكذلك تدريب وتأهيل الكوادر العاملة لكي تقلل من مخاطر التشغيل.
|b The paper aimed to identify the challenges facing electronic trading in Khartoum Stock Exchange and trading companies, which are represented in communications infrastructure, operational risks, weak expansion and spread of electronic trading and the financial capacity of listed trading companies. The population of the study is represented in 38 trading companies listed on the Khartoum Stock Exchange, and the comprehensive survey was used due to a few numbers of trading companies. 38 questionnaires were distributed to the number of trading companies in order to check the validity of the hypotheses. The results obtained proved the validity of the hypotheses, that is, electronic trading is negatively affected by operational risks, weak communications infrastructure, as well as weak financial capacity of trading companies, and the increase in market liquidity is affected by the weak expansion and spread of electronic trading service. The paper recommended by Troubleshooting the problems of communications and expanding the electronic trading service by increasing the number of listed companies, as well as training and qualifying working staff in order to reduce operating risks.
