المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على أهم استراتيجيات إدارة الأزمات في المنظمات، وتحديد وظائف استراتيجيات إدارة الأزمات، وأساليب حل الأزمات، والتعرف على العلاقة بين استراتيجيات إدارة الأزمات الحديثة وأداء الموظفين في المنظمات، وتقديم عدد من التوصيات اللازمة لإدارة الأزمات التي يمكن أن تكون ذات فائدة للمنظمات، وللوصول لذلك تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي واستخدام الاستبيان الإلكتروني على عينة من موظفين البنك الأهلي نظرا لتوافر البيانات التي يمكن من خلالها تحديد حجم العينة المناسبة، وقد تم استخدام برنامج spss لتحليل البيانات ومنه توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية توجد علاقة بين استراتيجيات إدارة الأزمات وأداء الموظفين داخل البنوك، وكذلك أنه توجد علاقة بين استخدام استراتيجية تغيير المسار وأداء الموظفين داخل البنوك، كما توجد علاقة بين استخدام استراتيجية تفريغ الأزمة على أداء الموظفين داخل البنوك، وكذلك يوجد علاقة بين استخدام استراتيجية احتواء الأزمة على أداء الموظفين داخل البنوك، وتوجد علاقة بين استخدام استراتيجية تفتيت الأزمة على أداء الموظفين داخل البنوك، كما أوصت الدراسة بضرورة تعزيز اهتمام البنك باستخدام استراتيجيات إدارة الأزمات الحديثة لزيادة القدرة على مواجهة الأزمات بفاعلية أكثر، والتأكيد على استخدام استراتيجيات إدارة الأزمات من خلال رفع درجة الخبرة من خلال الدورات التدريبية المتخصصة.

The study aimed to identify the most important crisis management strategies in organizations, identify the functions of crisis management strategies, methods of crisis resolution, identify the relationship between modern crisis management strategies and the performance of employees in organizations, and provide a number of recommendations necessary for crisis management that could be of benefit to organizations. To reach this, the descriptive analytical approach was relied upon and the electronic questionnaire was used on a sample of National Bank employees due to the availability of data through which the appropriate sample size could be determined. Crisis management and the performance of employees within banks, as well as that there is a relationship between the use of the strategy of changing course and the performance of employees within banks, and there is a relationship between the use of the strategy of dumping the crisis on the performance of employees within banks, as well as there is a relationship between the use of the strategy to contain the crisis on the performance of employees inside banks, And there is a relationship between the use of the strategy to break up the crisis on the performance of employees within banks, and the study recommended the need to enhance the bank's interest in using modern crisis management strategies to increase the ability to face crises more effectively, and to emphasize the use of crisis management strategies by raising the degree of experience through training courses Niche.
