|a في عالم يتسم بالتعددية الثقافية والتحولات السياسية المستمرة، تعد تنمية ثقافة الحوار بين طلاب الجامعات والمحاضرين والمجتمع المحلي والعالمي من أهم السبل لتحقيق التفاهم والتعايش السلمي. كما تعمل على تحقيق الأهداف التعليمية التي تهدف إلى تطوير مهارات التفكير النقدي والتحليلي والإبداعي لدى الطلاب. أيضا تعمل على تحفيز الطلاب على التعاون والتفاعل الإيجابي مع زملائهم والمجتمع المحلي والعالمي. وبما أن ثقافة الحوار تقوم على أساس الاحترام المتبادل والتسامح والتعاون، فإنها تنمي قيم المواطنة والديمقراطية وحقوق الإنسان. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، تساعد ثقافة الحوار على تطوير مهارات الاتصال والتفاوض وحل المشكلات، وهي مهارات أساسية يحتاجها الطلاب في حياتهم المهنية والشخصية. وبالتالي، فإن تنمية ثقافة الحوار في التعليم الجامعي تساعد على تحقيق أهداف التعليم العالي وتطوير مهارات الطلاب وتنمية قيم المواطنة العالمية. واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. ونظرا لأهمية ذلك، قدمت الدراسة الحالية تصورا مقترحا يبرز آليات ثقافة الحوار في التعليم الجامعي ودورها في تنمية المواطنة العالمية.
|b In a world characterized by cultural diversity and constant political changes, developing a culture of dialogue among university students, lecturers, and the local and global communities is considered one of the most important ways to achieve understanding and peaceful coexistence. It also works towards achieving educational goals that aim to develop critical, analytical, and creative thinking skills among students. Additionally, it encourages students to collaborate and positively interact with their peers, local and global communities. Since dialogue culture is based on mutual respect, tolerance, and cooperation, it develops values of citizenship, democracy, and human rights. Moreover, a culture of dialogue helps to develop communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, which are essential skills that students need in their professional and personal lives. Therefore, developing a culture of dialogue in higher education helps achieve the goals of higher education, develop students' skills, and promote global citizenship values. The study used a descriptive-analytical research methodology. Given its importance, the current study presented a proposed vision that highlights the mechanisms of a culture of dialogue in higher education and its role in promoting global citizenship.
