|b This study aimed to examine the relationship between the dimensions of transformational leadership and digital transformation support in the university of Tiaret , from the perspective of faculty members and teaching staff. To verify the hypotheses, a questionnaire was used as a data collection tool, with a sample size of 144 employees from the College of Economic, Commercial, and Management Sciences. Out of the distributed questionnaires, 61 were returned, with 83 being discarded and 19 excluded, resulting in 42valid questionnaires for analysis. The data was analyzed using SPSS software, and the results indicated that the practice of transformational leadership in the Algerian university was moderate. Furthermore, there was a significant positive correlation between the practice of transformational leadership and support for digital transformation.
