المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة للتعرف إلى تصورات مدراء المدراس بالنسبة لتطبيق التعلم النشط في مدارسهم، والتعرف إلى دورهم في تدعيم وتوظيف المعلمين لاستراتيجيات التعلم النشط في التعليم، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة استخدمت الباحثتان المنهج النوعي (الكيفي)، وقد شمل مجتمع الدراسة جميع مديري ومديرات المدارس في المدارس الحكومية في محافظة خان يونس في فلسطين والبالغ عددهم (50) مديرا ومديرة، وبلغت عينة الدراسة أربع مدراء مدراس (اثنان من الذكور واثنتان من الإناث) والذين تم تطبيق التعلم النشط في مدراسهم، حيث تم إجراء مقابلات شبه مقننة مع عينة الدراسة، وتم تحليل بيانات المقابلات التي أجريت معهم، وقد توصلت الباحثتان إلى مجموعة من النتائج من أهمها: أن هناك دورا كبيرا لمدراء المدارس في تطبيق التعلم النشط في التعليم ومتابعة تنفيذ المعلمين للتعلم النشط من خلال تجربتهم في ذلك، حيث أكد جميع المدراء على معرفتهم بمفهوم التعلم النشط وأهميته في العملية التعليمية، والتأكيد على دور الإدارة في تعزيز تطبيق استراتيجيات التعلم النشط من خلال توفير المناخ والجو المناسب الذي يساعد على تنفيذ أنشطة التعلم النشط، ووضع الخطط وتبادل الخبرات، وتوفير الإمكانيات المادية اللازمة لتوظيف التعلم النشط، كما أظهرت النتائج أن هناك العديد من الصعوبات والمعيقات التي واجهت مدراء المدراس أثناء تطبيق التعلم النشط، ومنها: عدم الرغبة في التغيير وضيق وقت الحصة، والعبء الكبير على المعلم من حيث نصاب الحصص الدراسية والأعمال الفنية المكلف بها، وحجم المادة الدراسية الكبير، بالإضافة إلى الأعداد الكبيرة للطلبة في الفصول وعدم توفر الوسائل التعليمية لقلة الدعم المالي بسبب الأوضاع الاقتصادية الصعبة نتيجة الحصار، وقد تم التغلب على معظم الصعوبات بطرق مختلفة من قبل مدراء المدارس. وأوصت الباحثتان بما يلي: ضرورة لفت انتباه مدراء المدارس للاهتمام بتطبيق التعلم النشط في مدارسهم، ووضع الخطط لتنفيذه، ومتابعة تنفيذ المعلمين للتعلم النشط، والتشجيع المستمر لهم لتوظيفه في التعليم، وضرورة الاهتمام بتوعية المعلمين والمسؤولين بأهمية التعلم النشط لتنمية مهارات التفكير والاتجاه والتنويع في استراتيجيات التعلم المنفذة في التعليم، وضرورة اهتمام المشرفين التربويين أثناء متابعة المعلمين وحثهم على توظيف التعلم النشط في الحصص، وتوفير البنية التحتية والوسائل التعليمية وتكنولوجيا التعليم التي تساعد على تفعيل استراتيجيات التعلم النشط أثناء التدريس، وضرورة رعاية وزارة التربية والتعليم العالي للتعلم النشط من خلال تنفيذ العديد من الدورات التعليمية لمدراء المدراس والمعلمين لتطبيق التعلم النشط في جميع المدارس، وعقد مؤتمرات علمية وأيام دراسية حول التعلم النشط، وحث الباحثين ومدراء المدارس والمعلمين على المشاركة فيها.

The study aimed to identify the perceptions of school principals in relation to the application of active learning in their schools and to identify their role in supporting and employing teachers for active learning strategies. To achieve the goal of the study, the two researchers used a qualitative qualitative approach. Director and director of the study sample reached four school principals (two males and two females) who were active learning in their schools As semi-standardized interviews were conducted with the study sample and the data of the interviews conducted with them were analyzed. All principals emphasized their knowledge of the concept of active learning and its importance in the educational process and emphasized the role of management in promoting the application of active learning strategies by providing climate and air The appropriate one that helps to implement active learning activities, develop plans, exchange experiences and provide the necessary financial capabilities to employ active learning 2-The results also showed that there are many difficulties and obstacles that faced school principals during the application of active learning, including lack of desire for change, short class time and a large burden on the teacher in terms of the quorum of classes, the technical tasks assigned to them, and the large academic subject size in addition to the large numbers of students in the classes and the lack of availability Educational means for lack of financial support due to the blockade, and most difficulties have been overcome in various ways by school administrators The two researchers recommended It was necessary to draw the attention of school administrators to the need to pay attention to the application of active learning in their schools and to develop plans for its implementation and follow-up of the implementation of teachers for active learning and continuous encouragement for them to employ in education and attendance of interest in educating teachers and officials about the importance of active learning to develop thinking skills and direction and diversification in learning strategies implemented in education The necessity of educational supervisors attention during the follow-up of teachers and urging them to employ active learning in classes and provide infrastructure, educational means and educational technology that helps to activate active learning strategies in teaching. Also, the necessity of fostering the Ministry of Education and Higher Education for active learning through the implementation of several educational courses for school administrators and teachers to apply active learning in all schools and to hold scientific conferences and study days on active learning and urge researchers, school principals and teachers to participate in them.
