هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على مستوى الضغوط النفسية لدى معلمات مدرسة المجد الإعدادية بمدينة المرج والتعرف على أثر بعض المتغيرات (الحالة الاجتماعية- التخصص- العمر) في مستوى الضغوط النفسة لدى عينة المعلمات وقد استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدمت الباحثة مقياس الضغوط النفسية إعداد عبد الرحمن الطريري وقد اختيرت العينة بالطريقة المسحية والبالغ عددها (32) معلمة واستخدمت الباحثة الأساليب الإحصائية التالية المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية واختبار (t) وتوصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج أهمها وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المتوسط الفرضي ومتوسط العينة على مقياس الضغوط النفسية مما يشير إلى ارتفاع مستوى الضغوط النفسية لدى المعلمات، عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الضغوط النفسية لدى معلمات مدرسة المجد الإعدادية بمدينة المرج وفقا لمتغيرات الدراسة (الحالة الاجتماعية- التخصص العمر). وتوصلت الدراسة إلى جملة من التوصيات - إجراء العديد من الدراسات المتعلقة بأسباب الضغوط النفسية التي تواجه الشريحة المهمة في المجتمع ومحاولة إيجاد حلول فورية لهذه الضغوط. - ضرورة العمل على تكريم العناصر المتميزة من المعلمات لحثهن على البذل والعطاء. - العمل على القيام بدورات تدريبية ومحاضرات توعوية للتخفيف من حدة أثر الضغوط النفسية على المعلمات.
The aim of the current study is to identify the level of psychological pressures of the teachers of Majd Preparatory School in Al-Marj and to identify the impact of some variables (Marital Status- Specialization- Age) In the level of psychological stresses in the sample of female teachers. The researcher used the descriptive curriculum to achieve the study's objectives. The researcher used the psychometer of psychological stressors. ((32)) Parameter and researcher used the following statistical methods computational averages, standard deviations and test (t) The study found results, the most important of which was the existence of statistically significant differences between the average hypothesis and the average sample on the psychological stress scale, indicating the high level of psychological stress among female teachers, and the absence of statistically significant differences in psychological pressures in the teachers of Majd Preparatory School in the city of Al-Marj according to the study variables (socio-specialization-age). In the light of the study's findings, the researcher recommends that: -Conducting numerous studies on the causes of the psychological pressures facing the important segment of society and trying to find immediate solutions to these pressures. -Holding parties at the end of each semester in order to honour the distinguished teachers who constantly develop their motivation for excellence. Provision of psychological and religious services to female teachers in schools to alleviate the impact of female teachers' psychosocial stress.
