|a إن دراسة المفاهيم المتعلقة بحماية العقود المالية المعاصرة في المصارف الإسلامية وذلك لما فيها من أحكام تهم المسلم، ففي زمن بروز نظام العولمة التي تهدف إلى سيطرة دول الغرب على مقدرات شعوب الأرض عامة والشعوب الإسلامية خاصة، والقضاء على هويتها الإسلامية والتاريخية والاجتماعية والثقافية، وتحت العديد من العناوين والشعارات البراقة والأقلام المسمومة، ومن هو دينه الإسلام ولكنه مستسلم إلى الفكر الغربي ومقلد وناشر له، وعلى العكس من ذلك فقد أثبت الإسلام قدرته على إدارة جميع مجالات الحياة ومنها الجانب الاقتصادي والمتمثل (بمفاهيم حماية العقود المالية في المصارف الإسلامية) الذي يعتبر من أهم ميادين الاقتصاد الإسلامي.
|b Studying the concepts related to the protection of financial contracts contemporary in Islamic banks, due to the provisions they contain, is of interest to Muslims, in the era of the emergence of the globalization system that aims for Western countries to control the capabilities of the peoples of the earth in general and Islamic peoples in particular, and to eliminate their Islamic, historical, social and cultural identity, and under many headings. Bright slogans and poisoned pens, and someone whose religion is Islam but surrenders to Western thought and imitates and spreads it. On the contrary, Islam has proven its ability to manage all areas of life, including the economic aspect, represented by (the concepts of protecting financial contracts in Islamic banks), which is considered one of the most important fields of economics Islamic.
