الحمد لله رب العالمين والصلاة والسلام على سيدنا محمد وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين.. خلال هذا البحث سأتناول موضوع "قطع الصلاة بمرور المرأة بين الحقيقة والمجاز، دراسة فقهية مقارنة"، وجعلت المبحث الأول: التعريف بمفردات البحث، والأصل الشرعي لمسألة البحث المطلب الأول: "مفهوم قطع، الصلاة، الحكم، الحقيقي، المجازي"، المطلب الثاني: الأصل الشرعي للموضوع البحث، المبحث الثاني: أقوال الفقهاء في قطع الصلاة بمرور المرأة، وحكم قطع الصلاة بين الحقيقة والمجاز، المطلب الأول: أقوال الفقهاء في قطع الصلاة بمرور المرأة، المطلب الثاني: قطع الصلاة بين الحقيقة والمجاز، المبحث الثالث: العلاقة بين الحقيقة والمجاز في تأويل النصوص، والخاتمة تحتوي على النتائج والتوصيات.
Praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds, and prayers and peace be upon our master Muhammad and all his family and companions. During this research I will address the topic of "cutting off prayer by the passage of women between truth and metaphor, a comparative jurisprudential study", and made the first topic: the definition of the vocabulary of the research, and the legitimate origin of the research issue. the first requirement: "the concept of cutting, prayer, judgment, real, figurative", the second requirement: the legitimate origin of the subject of research, the second topic: the sayings of jurists in cutting off prayer by the passage of women, and the rule of cutting off prayer between truth and metaphor, the first requirement: The sayings of the jurists in cutting off the prayer by the passage of the woman, the second requirement: cutting off the prayer between truth and metaphor, the third topic: the relationship between truth and metaphor in the interpretation of texts, and the conclusion contains the results and recommendations.
