|a تهدف هذه الدراسة لإظهار أهم القضايا الاقتصادية والاجتماعية بعد عام ١٩٠٨ م وهي فترة إعلان المشروطية الثانية وذلك من خلال رواية ليلة الحكم التي أظهرت الجانب الاجتماعي في المجتمع التركي. وما اعتري الدولة بسبب السياسة التي خلفتها جمعية الاتحاد والترقي من تدهور الاقتصاد والفقر إثر الحروب المتلاحقة، والرشوة التي انتهجها أصحاب المصالح الشخصية والتي تعتبر من قضايا فساد الإدارة الحاكمة، والفساد الأخلاقي الذي انتشر بين الشعب بسبب تبنيهم الأفكار الغربية وبعدهم عن أسس الشريعة الإسلامية. وفساد رجال الشرطة وعدم انضباطهم واحترامهم لمن كانوا في السلطة من قبل. وهجرة الأتراك من سالونيك إلى إسطنبول واضطهادهم وقتل الشعب واغتصاب الفتيات ومشكلة الأقليات التي كانت سببا في تقسيم الدولة العثمانية. وعرض يعقوب قدري 2 هذه القضايا منتقدا السياسة التي أتبعتها جمعية الاتحاد والترقي في البلاد. محاولا معالجتها من خلال تسليط الضوء عليها. وقد اعتمدت هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الذي يلعب دورا هاما في شرح الظاهرة، ويصفها وصفا دقيقا، ويستكشف العلاقة بين مختلف المتغييرات والظواهر ويوضحها.
|b This study aims to show the most important economic and social issues after 1908, which is the period of the declaration of the second conditionality, through the novel The Night of Judgment, which showed the social aspect in the Turkish society. The deterioration of the economy and poverty as a result of the successive wars, the bribery pursued by those with personal interests, which is considered one of the issues of corruption in the ruling administration, and the moral corruption that spread among the people because of their adoption of Western ideas and their distance from the foundations of Islamic law, and the corruption of the police and their lack of discipline and respect for those in power before. The emigration of the Turks from Thessaloniki to Istanbul, their persecution, the killing of people, the rape of girls, and the problem of minorities, which was the cause of the division of the Ottoman Empire. Qadri 4 presented these issues, criticizing the policy pursued by the Association for Union and Progress in the country. He tries to address the problem by highlighting it. This study relied on the analytical descriptive approach, which plays an important role in explaining the phenomenon, describing it accurately, and exploring and clarifying the relationship between the various variables and phenomena.
