المستخلص: توالت تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في الآونة الأخيرة، وأصبحت كل يوم في تطور وتحديث مستمر، وأحد هذه التطبيقات ما يعرف بتقنية ChatGPT، وهو برنامج للدردشة ذكي يعتمد على تقنية تعمل على محاكاة العقل البشري في طريقة التفكير وتحليل البيانات، ويمكن التحدث إليه والدردشة معه كأنه إنسان طبيعي، حيث يتم تدريبه على بيانات واسعة النطاق تسمح بالتحدث بشكل عقلاني ومنطقي، ويعطي معلومات ويجيب عن الأسئلة التي يسأل عنها، ويهدف البحث إلى التعرف على أحدث تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي وهو ChatGPT ومدى أهمية استخدامه في سوق العمل، وقد اعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي الاستقرائي من خلال التحليل النظري الخاص بالذكاء الاصطناعي وتطبيقاته بشكل عام، وتطبيق ChatGPT بشكل خاص، وتوصل هذا البحث إلى مجموعة من التوصيات أهمها: ضرورة استخدام تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في سوق العمل ولكن وفق محاذير خاصة، منها عدم إغفال دور الموظفين أثناء استخدام هذه التطبيقات من إشراف توجيه، بالإضافة إلى ضرورة الاستفادة من الكم الهائل من المصادر والموارد في تطبيق ChatGPT في دعم قدرة الموظفين على الابتكار والتفكير ومهارة حل المشكلات.

There have been many applications of artificial intelligence in recent times, and they are constantly developing and updating every day. One of these applications is what is known as ChatGPT technology, which is an intelligent chat program that relies on a technology that works to simulate the human mind in the way of thinking and analyzing data, and you can talk to it and chat with it as if it were a natural human being. It is trained on large-scale data that allows one to speak rationally and logically, give information and answer the questions that are asked about it. The research aims to identify the latest applications of artificial intelligence, which is ChatGPT, and the extent of the importance of its use in the labor market, The research relied on the descriptive inductive approach through theoretical analysis of artificial intelligence and its applications in general, and the application of ChatGPT in particular. This study reached a set of recommendations, the most important of which are: The research reached a set of recommendations, the most important of which are: the necessity of using artificial intelligence applications in the labor market, but According to special caveats, including not neglecting the role of employees during the use of these applications from guidance supervision, in addition to the necessity of benefiting from the huge amount of sources and resources in the Chat GPT application in supporting the employees' ability to innovate, think, and problem-solving skills.
