المستخلص: Technical studies and industrial reports make up most of the research on cloud-based e-banking (CBEB). Most of the studies that have been done in the past have focused on how useful and easy to use technology is from an individual's point of view. Few studies have looked at technology from the point of view of security, privacy, trust, and availability. The goal of this study is to find out how technological factors like security, privacy, trust, and availability affect employees in Libya's decision to use CBEB. The people in this study are the IT professionals who work for nine private banks in Libya. Random sampling was used to get the information. There were a total of 309 responses. The study's results showed that technological factors affect how likely people are to use CBEB. The effect of technological factors on people's plans to use CBEB was partly mediated by satisfaction. By making trust, security, and privacy better, employees in Libyan private banks will be more likely to use CBEB.
