المستخلص: تشهد مدينة الموصل تحولات حضرية كبيرة تتطلب وضع خطط وسيناريوهات مستقبلية لتطوير مداخلها الحضرية بما يتلائم مع التوسعات المتوقعة، مما ينسجم مع التطوير الحضري للمدينة فضلا عن إعادة تطوير مداخل المدينة عبر استعمالات الأرض لتنشيط الواقع الاقتصادي والبيئي للمدينة، مما يقلل التنافس على الأراضي ونمط استعمالها، إذ جاء البحث في إعادة التطوير الحضري للمداخل لما لها تأثير كبير في تطوير المدينة داخليا وخارجيا لمناطق الأطراف والضواحي بما يتلائم ومنظور مدينة الغد التي تؤثر في الاتجاهات الحالية للسلوك الحضري للمدينة عبر ما تشهده من تحولات ديناميكية للتطوير ليتماشى مع التوسع المكاني والعمراني لها. ومن ثم يعكس صورة إيجابية للمشهد الحضري في اتخاذ القرارات المستقبلية لها ووضع سيناريوهات إعادة التطوير الحضري لمداخل المدينة الشمالي والجنوبي والشرقي والغربي تعد البوابات الرئيسة للمدينة وحددت مسافاتها الموقعية على بعد 3 كم عن حدود التصميم الأساس لتخلق مرونة في الحركة.

The city of Mosul is witnessing major urban transformations that require the development of future plans and scenarios to develop its urban entrances in line with the expected expansions, which is consistent with the urban development of the city as well as the redevelopment of city entrances through land uses to activate the economic and environmental reality of the city, which reduces competition over land and its usage pattern. The research came in the urban redevelopment of the entrances because it has a significant impact on the development of the city internally and externally for the areas of the outskirts and suburbs in line with the perspective of the city of tomorrow, which affects the current trends of the urban behavior of the city through the dynamic transformations of development that it is witnessing in line with its spatial and urban expansion. Hence, it reflects a positive image of the urban landscape in making future decisions for it and developing urban redevelopment scenarios for the city's northern, southern, eastern and western entrances. The main gates of the city are located and their site distances are determined at a distance of 3 km from the boundaries of the basic design to create flexibility in movement.
