المستخلص: عرفت الجزائر تطورًا ملحوظًا في مجال عصرنة قطاع النقل من خلال مختلف المشاريع التي تم تجسيدها عبر مختلف ولايات الوطن -مدينة الشلف بمساحة 121 كم2 و بعدد سكان فاق 200000 نسمة سنة 2020 و بالرغم من موقعها الاستراتيجي و امتلاكها لمؤهلات تساعدها لأن تكون مدينة ميتروبولية لخلق التوازن الجهوي، لا زالت تعاني من مشاكل النقل و الازدحام المروري عبر مختلف أحيائها و خاصة بوسط المدينة. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل نوعية الخدمة في النقل الجماعي وعلاقتها بمرفولوجية المدينة وتطورها العمراني، بالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وبالأخص على العمل الميداني بتسجيل الملاحظات المباشرة، كما قمنا بتوزيع استمارات استبيان وكذلك بإجراء مقابلات مع المسؤولين في مختلف الإدارات توصلنا في الأخير إلى إعداد قاعدة بيانات تخدم مختلف الفاعلين واقتراح بعض الحلول من أجل تطوير النقل وحل مشكلة الازدحام.

Algeria has witnessed a development in the modernization of the transport sector through the various projects that have been achieved in the various Wilayas. The city of Chlef, with an area of 112 km², a population of 220,000 in 2020, and despite its strategic location and possession of qualifications that would help it to be a metropolitan city, it still suffers from transportation problems through its various. neighborhoods, especially in the city center. This study aimed to analyze the quality of public transport service and its relationship with the morphology of the city and its urban development. By using the most important approaches on the analytical descriptive, especially on applied study By taking direct notes We also distributed questionnaire forms and conducted interviews with officials in various departments Finally, we concluded proposing some solutions for the development of transportation and solving the problem of traffic congestion.

L'Algérie a connu un développement dans la modemisation de son secteur du transport, et ce, à travers les différents projets qui se sont concrétisés dans les différents willayas. La ville de Chlef possède une situation stratégique et de grands potentiels qui auraient lui permettre d'être une métropole régionale. Néanmoins, la ville souffre de plusieurs problèmes de transport et de différents quartiers, congestion dans ses différents notamment dans son centre-ville. Ce travail vise à analyser la qualité de service en transport en commun et sa relation avec la morphologie de la ville et son développement urbain. Pour ce là, nous avons adopté pour une approche descriptive analytique basée sur un travail de terrain et appuyé par l'observation directe, des questionnaires, et des entretiens avec les responsables des administrations. Cela nous a permis de préparer une base de données au profit des acteurs publics, et de proposer des solutions pour le développement des transports.
