|a إن الهدف من هذه الدراسة هو التعرف على فاعلية مدير المؤسسة التربوية في جودة الأنشطة اللاصفية للتلاميذ، من خلال تفعيل المدير لمختلف الأنشطة: العلمية، الثقافية، الرياضية، الصحية، الأنشطة الاجتماعية، لذا تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي واعتماد على الاستمارة، المقابلة وبرنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (spss) لجمع البيانات، بالاعتماد على مؤشرات الدراسة فاعلية، مدير المؤسسة التربوية، جودة الأنشطة اللاصفية.
|b The aime of the study is to identify effectiveness of directors of the educational institutions in the quality of the extracurricular activities for students, thought by activating the director various activities: scientific, cultural, sports, health activities and social activities, so used the descriptive method and including the sample for the study directors of the educational institutions, and to use a questionnaire, the interview and the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (spss) software have been designed to collect data.
