|a هدف البحث إلى معرفة أثر تطبيق الحوكمة الرشيدة في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة بوزارة الشباب والرياضة وذلك بالتطبيق على مراكز التنمية الشبابية بمحافظة القاهرة. وتمثل التساؤل الرئيس للدراسة في التحقق من وجود علاقة بين أثر تطبيق الحوكمة الرشيدة بآلياتها المتمثلة في الإفصاح والشفافية، التمكين والمشاركة، والمسائلة في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة بأبعادها الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والتكنولوجية في وزارة الشباب والرياضة. استخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وتم تطبيق البحث الميداني والاعتماد في الحصول على البيانات اللازمة من مراكز التنمية الشبابية التابعة للوزارة بمحافظة القاهرة من خلال توزيع قائمة استقصاء كأداة رئيسة لجمع البيانات. وتمثل مجتمع الدراسة من العاملين بإدارات الشباب بالمراكز وتم توزيع الاستبانة على عينة من هذا المجتمع تمثلت في ۱۷۹ مفردة منهم ١٤٨ عينة صالحة للتحليل الإحصائي، وتم استخدام مقياس ليكرت Likert Scale الخماسي لقياس استجابات المبحوثين (الأسئلة) لفقرات قائمة الاستقصاء، كما تم استخدام برنامج التحليل الإحصائي (SPSS) الإدخال ومعالجة البيانات واختبار صحة الفرضيات. توصل البحث إلى: قبول الفرض الرئيس بوجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين تطبيق وزارة الشباب والرياضة للحوكمة الرشيدة بآلياتها المتمثلة في الإفصاح والشفافية، التمكين والمشاركة، والمسائلة وبين تحقيق التنمية المستدامة بأبعادها الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والتكنولوجية. ولذلك أوصى البحث بضرورة قيام إدارات مراكز التنمية الشبابية بالتثقيف والوعي لدى العاملين بأهمية تطبيق الإدارة الحوكمية الرشيدة في تحسين ورفع مستويات الأداء والعمل على تعزيز آلياتها لما في ذلك من أثر عظيم في تعزيز متطلبات التنمية المستدامة.
|b The research aimed to explore the impact of implementing good governance on achieving sustainable development in the Ministry of Youth and Sports, specifically focusing on the youth development centers in Cairo Governorate. The main question of the study was to verify the existence of a relationship between the impact of applying good governance with its mechanisms of disclosure and transparency, empowerment and participation, and accountability in achieving sustainable development with its social, economic and technological dimensions in the Ministry of Youth and Sports. This field research was applied on the youth development centers of the Ministry in Cairo Governorate through the distribution of a survey list as a main tool for data collection. The study community was composed of the employees of the youth departments in the centers, and the questionnaire was distributed to a sample of this community represented in 179 individuals, of which 148 were valid for statistical analysis. The Likert Scale was implemented to measure the respondents' responses (questions) to the paragraphs of the survey list, and the statistical analysis program (SPSS) was used to enter and process data and test hypotheses. The research concluded that there is a statistically significant relationship between the implementation of good governance mechanisms by the Ministry of Youth and Sports and the achievement of sustainable development in its social, economic, and technological dimensions. Thus, the research recommended the necessity for the administrations of youth development centers to educate and raise awareness among their staff about the importance of applying effective governance practices to enhance and elevate performance levels. This includes working on enhancing these mechanisms, which have a significant impact on promoting the requirements of sustainable development.
