|a يشهد العصر الحالي معدلات متسارعة من التحولات والمتغيرات ، مما دفع المنظمات والدول حول العالم للتركيز على دراسة القيادة الادارية لمواجهة بيئة العمل الديناميكية وذلك من خلال الاعتماد على نمط قيادي قادر على مواكبة التغيير داخل المنظمة وخارجها بطرق غير تقليدية ؛ وبهذا ظهرت القيادة التحولية كأحد أهم الأنماط القيادية التي أفرزها التقدّم العلمي وهو نمط قيادي يتميز بقدره عالية على مواجهة وتجاوز من خلال التأثير في سلوكيات التابعين وتنمية قدراتهم ومهارتهم الإبداعية؛ وفتح المجال لهم لطرح أفكارهم وتشجيعهم على ابتكار حلول غير تقليدية لمواجهة المشاكل والصعوبات التي تواجه المنظمة ولقد كانت القيادة التحويلية في جوهرها تعمل على تحقيق أكبر تأثير للقائد على التابعين وذلك من خلال عملية صناعة القرار قادرة على تحقيق الأهداف ومع اختلاف الادوات والوسائل التي يستخدمها القادة التحويلين تكون قادرة على تحقيق الأهداف المطلوبة قائمة على تحفيز دوافع العامين من خلال التأثير المثالي للسمات والسلوك لرفع كفاءة وفاعلية الموارد البشرية باعتبارها ميزة تنافسية قادرة على توفير الضمانة لفاعلية عملية صناعة القرار وعلى ما سبق وفي ضوء الدراسات السابقة تستهدف الورقة البحثية الوقوف على نتائج الدراسات السابقة لتحديد التكامل النظري بين متغيرات الدراسة والبناء عليها لتقديم توصيات أولية.
|b The current era is witnessing accelerating rates of transformations and changes, which prompted organizations and countries around the world to focus on studying administrative leadership to confront the dynamic work environment, by relying on a leadership style capable of keeping pace with change inside and outside the organization in non-traditional ways; Thus, transformational leadership emerged as one of the most important leadership styles produced by scientific progress. It is a leadership style characterized by a high ability to confront and overcome by influencing the behavior of followers and developing their abilities and creative skills. And open the way for them to present their ideas and encourage them to devise nontraditional solutions to face the problems and difficulties facing the organization. Transformational leadership, in its essence, was working to achieve the greatest influence of the leader on the followers, through the decision-making process capable of achieving the goals and with the different tools and means used by the transformational leaders. Able to achieve the required goals based on stimulating the motives of the two years through the ideal influence of traits and behavior to raise the efficiency and effectiveness of human resources as a competitive advantage capable of providing a guarantee for the effectiveness of the decision-making process and based on the above and in light of previous studies, the research paper aims to stand on the results of previous studies to determine integration Theoretical between the variables of the study and building on them to provide preliminary recommendations.
