|a هدف البحث إلى قياس فاعلية برنامج مقترح في تعديل اتجاه المعلمات نحو استخدام المهارات التكنولوجية في تعلم الأطفال خلال النشاط الموسيقى. تتلخص مشكلة البحث الحالي في الإجابة عن السؤال الآتي: ما المهارات التكنولوجية اللازمة إكسابها لمعلمة رياض الأطفال لاستخدام الأجهزة التكنولوجية في مجال النشاط الموسيقى؟ وتضمنت منهجية البحث المنهج الوصفي شبه التجريبي في وصف وبناء أدوات البحث ومناقشة النتائج وتفسيرها على عينة مجتمع تتألف من (۳۱) معلمة و(٣٤) تلميذا من فئة رياض الأطفال. تضمنت أدوات البحث اختبار المفاهيم التكنولوجية ومقياس الاتجاهات نحو استخدام التكنولوجيا في التعلم وبطاقة ملاحظة لأداء المعلمات وبرنامج مقترح للمهارات التكنولوجية واستمارة تقييم يومي للبرنامج لمعلمة رياض الأطفال. ومحورا البحث يتطرقان إلى التنمية المهنية الإلكترونية، التدريب الإلكتروني، الحوافز الإيجابية والحوافز السلبية، وتوصلت النتائج إلى قبول جميع الفرضيات مما يؤكد نجاح البرنامج في تحقيق الإجابة على سؤال البحث.
|b The research aims to measure the effectiveness of a proposed program in modifying kindergarten teachers' attitudes towards using technological skills in children's learning during musical activities. The current research problem revolves around answering the following question: What technological skills are necessary to impart to kindergarten teachers for using technological devices in the field of musical activities? The research methodology encompassed a quasi-experimental descriptive approach in describing and constructing research tools, discussing and interpreting the results, involving a sample comprising 31 teachers and 34 kindergarten students. The research tools included a technological concepts test, a scale measuring attitudes towards technology use in learning, an observation card for teachers' performance, a proposed program for technological skills, and a daily evaluation form for kindergarten teachers. The research focal points addressed electronic professional development, online training, positive and negative incentives. The results indicated the acceptance of all hypotheses, confirming the program's success in addressing the research question. The research recommends using an interdisciplinary teaching method for kindergarten, modifying their curriculum, and training teachers in utilizing technological media.
