|a هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على متطلبات الإرشاد التعليمي والمهني لطلاب المرحلة الثانوية بمحافظة الطائف في ضوء رؤية المملكة،۲۰۳۰، واتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وطبقت الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع قادة المدارس والمرشدين الطلابيين بالمدارس الحكومية في محافظة الطائف، والبالغ عددهم (٣٥٠) فردا. أظهرت النتائج أن متطلبات الإرشاد التعليمي والمهني لطلاب المرحلة الثانوية بمحافظة الطائف في ضوء رؤية المملكة ۲۰۳۰، جاءت بدرجة (مرتفعة)، وجاء المجالات حسب الترتيب التالي: المجال الأكاديمي، المجال الاجتماعي، مجال اتخاذ القرار المهني، مجال الأساليب الإرشادية المناسبة للإرشاد المهني، وجميعها جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة، كما كشفت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المتوسطات الحسابية للمشاركين بالدراسة حول متطلبات الإرشاد التعليمي والمهني لطلاب المرحلة الثانوية بمحافظة الطائف في ضوء رؤية المملكة ۲۰۳۰ تبعا لمتغير المؤهل العلمي، وجاءت الفروق لصالح الفئة (أعلى من بكالوريوس)، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تبعا لمتغير طبيعة العمل، وسنوات الخبرة. وجاءت أبرز توصيات الدراسة بضرورة تطبيق المعايير العالمية في التوجيه والإرشاد المهني خاصة في الإعداد لاختيار مهنة المستقبل وذلك من خلال إعداد الفرد منذ الصغر للحياة المهنية، وإدخال البرامج العملية في مختلف المناهج واعتبارها من المواد التي تدخل في المقرر.
|b Educational and professional Counseling is for students of the secondary stage in Taif Governorate in light of Kingdom’s Vision 2030. The study aimed to identify Educational and professional Counseling services for students of the secondary stage in Taif governorate in light of Kingdom’s Vision 2030. The Study followed the descriptive survey approach and applied the questionnaire as a tool for data collection, and study society consisted of all leaders of the schools and 350 student advisors in the government schools in Taif Governorate. The results demonstrated that Educational and professional Counseling services needed for students of the secondary stage in Taif Governorate, in light of Kingdom’s Vision 2030 was represented in (high) degree and the fields was represented as per the following order: academic field, social field, field of taking professional decision and field of the directive methods needed for the professional Counseling and all of them were represented in high degree. Moreover, the results revealed that there are differences with statistical significance between the mean for participants of the study on Educational and vocational guidance services needed for students of the secondary stage in Taif Governorate in light of kingdom’s Vision 2030, depending on variable of the scientific qualification. The differences was in favor of the category (higher than bachelor) and there were not differences with statistical significance depending on variable of nature of the work and years of experience. The most prominent statistics of the study focused on necessity of application of the international standards in the direction and vocational guidance, especially in preparation for selection of future profession, through preparation of the individual since childhood for the career life and introduction of the scientific programs to the different approaches and considering them as subjects introduced to the course.
