|a هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى بناء بطاقة ملاحظة لقياس وتقويم مستشار الشباب لدور خلية الإصغاء للوقاية من الآفات الاجتماعية، حيث اختيرت عينة عشوائية متكونة من (۳۰) مستشار ومستشارة وطبقت عليهم بطاقة الملاحظة تتضمن أساليب التقويم التكويني، وأسفرت النتائج إلى أن مستشاري الشباب يستخدمون أساليب تقويم حديثة وقديمة، وأكثرها استعمالا هي التقويم القائم على المقابلة والتقويم عن طريق التكوين الدوري ويليه التقويم القائم على التغذية الراجعة، وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أنه لا توجد فروق في استخدام هذه الأساليب للتقويم التكويني تعزى لعامل الجنس أو المؤهل العلمي، أو الأقدمية.
|b This study aimed to construct an observation card to measure and evaluate the youth counselor for the role of the listening cell for the prevention of social ills. And old, and the most used is the evaluation based on the interview and the evaluation through periodic formation, followed by the evaluation based on feedback, and the results of the study concluded that there are no differences in the use of these methods of formative evaluation due to the gender factor, academic qualification, or seniority.
