|a لم تعد رقمنة المرافق العامة خيارا للدول، بل هي اليوم واجب تقتضيه الضرورة الإدارية العصرية، وفي سبيل تحسين أداء المرافق العمومية تبدل الجزائر مجهودات للوصول إلى المبتغى من خلال تحسين الحوكمة العمومية برقمنة المرافق الخدماتية، وقد عرض وزير الرقمنة والإحصائيات سنة 2022 الاستراتيجية الوطنية للتحول الرقمي والتي تهدف إلى تحسين الربط البيني وتعميم استعمال تكنولوجيات الإعلام والاتصال. غير أن التحول الرقمي المنشود لن يأت بين عشية وضحاها، ذلك أن هناك العديد من الصعوبات التي تواجهه والتي ينبغي العمل على تذليلها.

In order to improve the performance of public facilities, Algeria is making efforts to reach the goal by improving public governance by digitizing service facilities. The Minister of Digitization and Statistics presented in 2022 the national strategy for digital transformation, which It aims to improve interconnection and generalize the use of information and communication technologies. However, the desired digital transformation will not come overnight, as there are many difficulties facing it that must be worked to overcome.
