المستخلص: The study aims to explore how HRIS facilitates effective knowledge management at Tabuk University. It uses a questionnaire and SPSS for data analysis to examine the relationship between HRIS effectiveness and its impact on knowledge management. The results highlight HRIS's significant influence on knowledge management and its potential to improve various university operations. HRIS plays a crucial role in knowledge management at Tabuk University by improving data management, communication, and knowledge exchange, leading to a supportive work environment for continuous development. Tabuk University shows a strong commitment to HRIS utilization, emphasizing accuracy. To maximize benefits and enhance work performance, the study recommends well-defined training mechanisms to ensure effective HRIS utilization by all employees. The study emphasizes the significance of comprehensive HRIS utilization in all administrative and cognitive processes, including recruitment, training, development, and human resources management. To achieve university goals effectively, continuous improvement in HRIS efficacy through innovation and development is encouraged. By doing so, Tabuk University can fully harness HRIS's potential to support knowledge management and enhance organizational performance.
