This research article emphasises the significance of present information technology in substantially contributing to the development of knowledge management in modern institutions. As a result of the key responsibilities that information technology plays in the process of managing and disseminating knowledge inside an organization, the study concluded that the relationship between knowledge management and information technology is extremely important; their financial and material resources no longer measure the strength of contemporary organizations, but by their knowledge, which contributes to building a solid human capital. |
