|a للمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة أدوار مهمة في تنمية الدول واستدامة اقتصادها، وبما أن التنمية المحلية أساس التنمية الوطنية، جاءت الدراسة لتبين دور المؤسسات الممولة من طرف وكالة ANADE في دعم المقاولاتية وتحقيق التنمية المحلية بولاية بشار، وبالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي خلصت الدراسة إلا أنه رغم ما تساهم به هذه المؤسسات في الولاية، تواجهها الكثير من التحديات التي يجب مجابهتها لتحقيق دورها الفعلي في دعم المقاولاتية وتحقيق التنمية محليا ووطنيا.
|b Small and medium enterprises have important roles in the development of countries and the sustainability of their economy, and since local development is the basis of national development, the study came to show the role of institutions funded by the ANADE agency in supporting entrepreneurship and achieving local development in the Wilaya of Bechar. And based on the descriptive analytical approach, the study concluded that despite the contribution these institutions make, they face many challenges that must be faced to achieve their actual role in supporting entrepreneurship and development locally and nationally.
