The emergence of information revolution, its terrible spread in the globe and the rapid and significant development that modern technologies knows in our current era, in addition to other economic, social, political, cultural and professional factors, have prompted various facilities, bodies and departments to carry out digitization projects related to their activities and administrative deals within their internal and external environment, to improve public service and modernize management ways. This study aims to shed light on a digitization project in one of the most important public facilities of a legal nature represented in the free service provided to thousands of clients with it, which is the University Mohamed Boudiaf in M’sila. As well as to explore the motives that led to this sensitive utility to approve the digitization project, its intended goals and its reflection on the performance of management and the workers at the University of M’sila, in addition to knowing the stages of the digitization project and its future prospects. The research ended with a summary and conclusions that attempted to shed light on the theoretical frameworks of the subject and the applied dimensions of the public utility subject of this study. |
