|a يهدف البحث إلى: دراسة الأحاديث الواردة في الأعمى الذي لم يرخص له النبي صلي الله عليه وسلم في ترك الجماعة، وبيان الثابت من الأعذار التي اعتذر بها الأعمى عن حضور الجماعة، وتحرير الموقف من دلالة الأحاديث على عدم الترخيص في ترك الجماعة لمن شق عليه حضورها من خلال الصنعة الحديثية، وأهم نتائج البحث: - أن حديث ابن أم مكتوم ورد من عدة طرق لم يسلم منها طريق من الانقطاع. - أن لفظ "شاسع الدار" وهو اللفظ الصريح الدال على بعد داره عن المسجد لم يرد إلا في طريق أبي رزين وحده، دون بقية طرق حديث ابن أم مكتوم، وورد في حديث جابر وهو منكر، وهو مخالف لما أثبته المؤرخون من قرب دار ابن أم مكتوم من المسجد. - أن المحفوظ في حديث محمود بن الربيع عن عتبان أن النبي صلي الله عليه وسلم رخص له في عدم الحضور إلى المسجد. - أن العذر الذي تشترك فيه الأحاديث هو العمى مع عدم وجود القائد، وهو الثابت في حديث أبي هريرة عند مسلم. - أن الدلالة المقصودة بعدم العمل بها، والتي لم يقل بها أحد، هي عدم الترخيص في ترك الجماعة لمن كان له عذر شديد، دون ما يمكن أن يؤخذ من الحديث سواها. - أن الدلالة المخالفة لقواعد الشريعة التي لم يعمل بها العلماء هي دلالة ألفاظ وردت من طرق لم تسلم من العلل.
|b This research aims at: studying the hadiths narrated on the blind who was not permitted by the Prophet -peace and blessing upon him- to abandon prayer, and an explanation of the one that is authentic among the reasons put forward by the blind for not attending the congregational prayer, and clarifying the position on the connotation of the hadiths for not allowing the abandonment of the congregational prayer for whoever finds it difficult through the hadith knowledge. • The most significant findings: - That the hadith of Ibn Umm Makhtūm was narrated from several ways and none is free from disconnection. - That the word "Shāsi' al-dār" (with a distant house) which is the express word that point to his house being distant from the mosque was not reported except through Abū Razīn only from all of the ways of narration of the hadith of Ibn Umm Makhtüm, it was also narrated in the hadith of Jär but it is mukar (rejected), and it is in contrast with what was confirmed by the historians that the house of Ibn Umm Makhtūm was close to the mosque. - That what was correctly recorded in the hadith of Maḥmüd bin Al-Rabī' from 'Utbān is that the Prophet -peace and blessing upon him- permitted him not to attend the mosque. - That the reasons common to the hadiths is blindness combined with non-availability of a guide, this what is authentic from the hadith of Abū Hurayrah in şahīh Muslim. - That the connotation that is meant to be inapplicable, which was not espoused by any scholar, is not giving permission for whoever has a strong reason, aside what could be derived from the hadith except it. - That the connotation that contradict the principles of the Sharī'ah which was not applied by the scholars are the connotations of some words narrated from ways that are not free from defects.
