المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع المشكلات الأكاديمية التي تواجه طلاب كلية التربية بجامعة أسوان، ومتطلبات مواجهتها في ضوء عناصر المسئولية الاجتماعية، وتم اختيار عينة من طلاب كلية التربية لتطبيق أدوات الدراسة (المقابلات الشخصية واستبيان من إعداد الباحث)، واستخدم المنهج الوصفي لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، وطبقت أداة الدراسة على عينة من الطلاب بالفرق (ثانية وثالثة ورابعة) شعب (تعليم أساسي- تعليم عام- طفولة) عددهم (٤٩٠) طالبا وطالبة بنسبة (12.09%) من جملة مجتمع الدراسة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى: افتقاد بعض أعضاء هيئة التدريس لمهارة جذب انتباه الطلبة أثناء المحاضرة، يغلب على بعض المقررات الدراسية كثرة حشو معلومات مع ضعف ارتباطها بالمستقبل وحاجات المجتمع وسوق العمل، تحتاج أسئلة الاختبارات إلى وقت أطول من الوقت المحدد للإجابة عنها، قلة مشاركة الطلاب في الأنشطة التي تنظمها الكلية، ضرورة الاهتمام بتحديث البرامج الدراسية القائمة والمقررات التي تشملها بما يناسب المستجدات العالمية والمحلية، ضرورة التزام أعضاء هيئة التدريس للمعايير العلمية في وضع أسئلة الاختبارات، ضرورة التأكيد على أهمية فهم حاجات الطلاب وتوقعاتهم، مع أخذ آراءهم ومقترحاتهم كشركاء أساسيين في عملية التطوير، ضرورة التعاون في وضع استراتيجية شاملة لمواجهة المشكلات الأكاديمية لطلاب الكلية وإيجاد الحلول المناسبة لها. وانتهت الدراسة بتقديم متطلبات إجرائية قائمة على أسس علمية من منظور تربوي لمواجهة المشكلات الأكاديمية لدى طلاب كلية التربية بجامعة أسوان في ضوء عناصر المسئولية الاجتماعية.

The study aimed at identifying the reality of the academic problems facing students of the Faculty of Education at Aswan University, and the requirements for facing them in light of the elements of social responsibility. A sample of students at Faculty of Education was selected to apply the study tools (interviews and a questionnaire prepared by the researcher). The descriptive approach was used to achieve the objectives of the study. The study tool was applied to a sample of students in the (second, third, and fourth) year (basic education- general education- childhood) sections, numbering (490) male and female students, representing (12.09%)of the total study population. The study concluded: Some faculty members lack the skill of attracting students’ attention during the lecture. In Some courses There is a lot of information in the curriculum with little connection to the future, the needs of society, and the labor market. Test questions require more time than the time allotted to answer them. Lack of students' participation in the activities organized by the college. The necessity of paying attention to updating existing academic programs and the courses they include in a way that suits global and local developments. The commitment of faculty members to scientific standards in setting test questions, the need to emphasize the importance of understanding students’ needs and expectations, while taking their opinions and suggestions as essential partners in the development process, the need to cooperate in developing a comprehensive strategy to confront the academic problems of college students and find appropriate solutions to them. The study ended by presenting procedural requirements based on scientific foundations from an educational perspective to face academic problems among students of the Faculty of Education at Aswan University in light of the elements of social responsibility.
