المستخلص: هدف البحث الحالي إلى الوصول لسيناريوهات مستقبلية حول دور المشرف العلمي لطلاب ماجستير دكتوراه الفلسفة في التربية في ظل انتشار تطبيق Chat GPT، وذلك من خلال تحديد الأدوار التي ينبغي أن يقوم بها المشرف العلمي تجاه طلابه، ورصد واقع قيامه بهذه الأدوار في ظل انتشار هذا التطبيق كأحد تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي، والذي بإمكانه تقديم نصوص كاملة في ثوان معدودة، واعتمد البحث في دراسته الميدانية على المنهج الوصفي من خلال استبانة طبقت على (۲۲۱) مشرفا علميا من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بسبع كليات للتربية بالجامعات المصرية، وتوصلت الدراسة الميدانية إلى ضعف قيام المشرف العلمي بدوره، وغياب عديد من ممارسات الإشراف العلمي المرجو، لعدة أسباب، منها: القصور الواضح من جانب المشرف العلمي نفسه، وتباطؤ دور كليات التربية بإداراتها وأنظمتها غير المحدثة، في ظل تغييرات تقنية متلاحقة تحتاج سياسات توجه الباحث ومشرفه للصواب في التعامل مع تلك التقنيات والتطبيقات. ومن خلال رصد الواقع تم التوصل لسيناريوهات استطلاعية ثلاثة، تصور مستقبل دور المشرف العلمي، فالسيناريو الأول تشاؤمي يحوي مشرف علمي غير متوافق مع التغييرات المتلاحقة من حوله، سواء بأسباب تعود له أو قوى وعوامل خارجة عنه، لكن في النهاية لن يستطيع القيام بدوره، بل سنجده يعود للخلف، أما السيناريو الثاني لمشرف علمي يسعى للاستمرار ومصارعة الأوضاع الصعبة اقتصاديا وإداريا وتقنيا برغبة منه ومن عديد من القوى الأخرى، لكن دون نتائج ملموسة، تجعل منه -تجاوزا- ثابت في مكانه، دون الانزواء للخلف، أما السيناريو الثالث التفاؤلي لمشرف علمي قادر على أداء مهامه وأدواره بدعم كامل من القوى والعوامل المؤثرة لتهيئة وبناء جيل من الباحثين قادر على إنتاج رسائل علمية بنتائج وتوصيات موضوعية ومناسبة وصالحة لحل مشكلات المجتمع في المستقبل القادم.

This study aims at arriving at future scenarios about the role of the scientific research supervisor of master and PH. D students in the light of the widespread of Chat GPT application by identifying the roles that the scientific research supervisor should play towards his students and monitoring the fact that he has done those roles himself in the light of the spread of this application as an artificial intelligence one which can provide complete texts in a few seconds. In its field, the study has adopted a descriptive approach through a questionnaire distributed to (221) scientific research supervisors who are members of the teaching staff of Egyptian universities. The study ends with the results that the scientific supervisor is weak and many desired scientific research practices are absent due to several reasons as: the failure on the part of the scientific supervisor himself and slowdown in the role of the faculties of education and their departments and non-updated systems in the light of successive technological changes that require policies to direct and guide the researcher to the right path in dealing with these technologies and applications. In reality, three exploratory scenarios were found which depict the future of the scientific supervisor. The first scenario is pessimistic and it includes a scientific supervisor who is incompatible with the successive changes around him, whether due to his reasons or due to powerful and factors outside him, but he can’t do his part and will go backwards. The second scenario is for a scientific supervisor who seeks to continue and struggle with difficult economic, administrative and technical conditions, with the desire to succeed, but without tangible results that would make him stay and not retreating backwards. The third optimistic scenario is for a scientific supervisor who is capable of performing his duties and roles with the full support of powerful forces and influential factors to create a generation of researchers who are capable of producing scientific research with objective, appropriate, and recommendations to solve society’s problems in the future.
