|a تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل طبيعة سؤال الأخلاقي المعاصر اتجاه القضايا التي يطرحها التقدم العلمي لاسيما في مجال البيولوجيا. فقد تغير السؤال في فلسفة الأخلاق المعاصرة من سؤال نظري يهتم بما يجب أن يكون عليه السلوك الإنساني، على سؤال عملي يسعى إلى البحث عن تقويم للسلوك العلمي. وجدت الفلسفة نفسها لزاما أن تجيب عن الأسئلة التي يطرحها التقدم العلمي عامة وفي ميدان البيولوجيا بشكل أخص، ذلك لأن الكثير من المسائل والمشكلات التي أثارتها البيولوجية تحديدا، تمس بصورة مباشرة الحياة الإنسانية في مستقبلها وكرامتها، هي مشكلات ينبغي أن تثار حولها الكثير من الأسئلة، هذه الأسئلة هي أسئلة أخلاقية عملية من شأنها أن تعيد للقيم الأخلاقية مكانتها في الفلسفة المعاصرة، وداخل المنظومة العلمية والبيولوجية على وجه الخصوص، بهدف إعادة الإنسانية للإنسان، وإعطاء مشروعية للعمل البيولوجي. ولأجل تحقيق هذه الغاية استحدثت في الفلسفة مباحث جديدة، كان أهمها البيواتيقا. انعطاف البيولوجيا نحو الإتيقا وحضور السؤال الأخلاقي هو ما سنحاول معالجته في هذا البحث.
|b This study aims to analyze the nature of the contemporary ethical question regarding the issues raised by scientific progress, especially in the field of biology. The question in contemporary philosophy of ethics has changed from a theoretical question concerned with what human behavior should be, to a practical question that seeks to search for an evaluation of scientific behavior. Philosophy itself has to answer the questions posed by scientific progress, and in the field of biology in particular, because many of the issues and problems raised by biological, which directly affect human life in the future and dignity, are problems that should be raised a lot of questions, These questions are practical ethical questions that will restore moral values to contemporary philosophy, within the scientific and biological system in particular, with a view to restoring mankind to humanity and giving legitimacy to biological action. In order to achieve this goal, new research was introduced in philosophy, the most important of which was the bioethics. The biophysics of evolution and attending the ethical questions what we will try to address in this research.
