المستخلص: نتعرف من خلال هذا البحث على مشكلة البحث، وهناك اهتمام معاصر من جميع فروع الدراسات الإنسانية والعلوم الاجتماعية بدراسة أوضاع الشباب وأوجه رعايتهم، ويرجع ذلك ما يملكه الشباب من قوي باعتبارهم من أهم عناصر الإنتاج المتاحة في المجتمعات المتقدمة والنامية على سواء، ويتزايد هذا الاهتمام في المجتمعات النامية لرغبة هذه المجتمعات في تحقيق التقدم والتنمية من خلال جهود الشباب في كافة مجالات الإنتاج والخدمات ومواجهة تحديات القرن الحادي والعشرين. وتهتم الجامعات المصرية إلى جانب الإعداد العلمي الأكاديمي لطلابها بالأنشطة المختلفة سواء الأنشطة الرياضية أو الاجتماعية أو الثقافية ورعاية طلابها من خلال أجهزة رعاية الشباب الجامعي، على مختلف المستويات التي تضم تخصصات متعددة لتوفير تلك الرعاية للشباب والتي تمثل الخدمة الاجتماعية أحد تلك التخصصات لتحقيق الرعاية المتكاملة لهم، ومن هنا تهدف الدراسة إلى تحديد مستوى أبعاد الخدمات في رعاية الشباب الجامعي من خلال مجموعة من الأبعاد التي منها (الرضا عن خدمات رعاية الشباب الجامعي، سهولة الحصول على خدمات الكفاءة الفعالية)، ولتحقيق ذلك قامت الباحثة بتطبيق، المسح الاجتماعي بالعينة للشباب الجامعي المستفيدين من خدمات الإدارة العامة لرعاية الشباب المركزية بجامعة أسيوط، وتم جمع البيانات من خلال استبيان للشباب الجامعي حول لتطوير خدمات رعاية الشباب الجامعي بالإدارة العامة لرعاية الشباب المركزية وعددهم (۲۰۰) مفردة، وتنتمي الدراسة إلى نمط الدراسات الوصفية، وتوصلت إلى أن أبعاد تطوير الخدمات في رعاية الشباب الجامعي جاءت مرتبة كما يلى الرضا عن خدمات رعاية الشباب الجامعي تمثل في الشعور بالاحترام من قبل المسئولين عند حصوله الطلاب على الخدمة، أن يتعامل معاملة طيبة من قبل المسئولين. تلاها التحسين المستمر لخدمات رعاية الشباب الجامعي تتمثل تشعر بأن الخدمة المقدمة جيدة، تقدم خدمات متنوعة، تلاها فعالية خدمات رعاية الشباب الجامعي تتمثل في تقديم الخدمة لمستحقيها، تبسط الإجراءات الخاصة بالعمل لتسهيل حصولي على الخدمة، تلاها سهولة الحصول على خدمات رعاية الشباب الجامعي تتمثل في تكاليف الحصول على الخدمات ميسرة ومناسبة، تشعر بتعاون العاملين مما يساهم في سهولة حصولي على الخدمات، تلاها كفاءة أجهزة رعاية الشباب الجامعي تتمثل في يتم اعتماد الكفاءة والجدارة كمعيار للترقية، توافر الكوادر البشرية الماهرة، تلاها قلة الشكاوي عند الحصول على خدمات رعاية الشباب الجامعي تتمثل في تراعي الاعتبارات الشخصية في تقديم الخدمات لي، تحرص على عمل صندوق لتلقي الشكاوي، وتقديم مجموعة من الآليات التخطيطية المقترحة لتفعيل إسهامات التخطيط الاجتماعي في خدمات رعاية الشباب الجامعي.

Through this research, we learn about the research problem, and there is contemporary interest from all branches of human studies and social sciences in studying the conditions of youth and aspects of their care. This is due to the strength that youth possess, as they are among the most important elements of production available in both developed and developing societies, and this interest is increasing in societies. The developing desire of these societies to achieve progress and development through the efforts of youth in all areas of production and services and to confront the challenges of the twenty-first century. In addition to the academic preparation of their students, Egyptian universities are interested in various activities, whether sports, social, or cultural activities, and caring for their students through university youth care devices, at various levels, which include multiple specializations to provide that care for youth, and social service is one of those specializations to achieve integrated care for them. Hence, the study aims to determine the level of service dimensions in university youth care through a set of dimensions, including satisfaction with university youth care services (ease of obtaining services, lack of complaints, continuous improvement, efficiency, effectiveness). To achieve this, the researcher applied a social survey with a sample of university youth who benefited from the services of the General Administration of Central Youth Welfare at Assiut University. Data was collected through a questionnaire for university youth about developing university youth care services in the General Administration of Central Youth Welfare, and they numbered (200) individuals. The study belongs to Descriptive studies pattern, and it was concluded that the dimensions of service development in university youth care. It was ranked as follows: satisfaction with university youth care services represented by feeling respected by officials when students receive the service, being treated well by officials, This was followed by the continuous improvement of university youth care services, represented by feeling that the service provided is good, providing various services, followed by the effectiveness of university youth care services, represented by providing the service to those who deserve it, simplifying work procedures to facilitate my access to the service, followed by the ease of obtaining university youth care services, represented by the costs. Access to services is easy And appropriately, you feel the cooperation of the workers, which contributes to the ease of my access to services, followed by the efficiency of the university youth welfare apparatus represented in the adoption of competence and merit as a criterion for promotion, the availability of skilled human cadres, followed by The lack of complaints when obtaining university youth welfare services is represented in taking into account personal considerations in providing services to me, and is keen to set up a box to receive complaints, and the administration provides periodic reports to measure the rate of performance The study also presented a set of proposed planning mechanisms to activate the contributions of the application of governance in university youth welfare agencies.
