المستخلص: تناولت هذه الدراسة الإبداع الإداري في شقيه التنظيري والتطبيقي، مبينة أثره على مديري المدارس وتم توضيح ذلك من خلال مقدمة، وسبعة مباحث. تناول المبحث الأول: مفهوم الإبداع الإداري لدى بعض الباحثين الغرب والعرب. وتناول المبحث الثاني: علاقة الإبداع الإداري بكل من الابتكار، والموهبة، والذكاء. أما المبحث الثالث فتناول: أنواع الإبداع الإداري في المدرسة. وتوقف المبحث الرابع عند أهمية السلوك الإبداعي لمديري المدارس. وتناول المبحث الخامس والسادس على التوالي: عناصر الإبداع الإداري لمديري المدارس وسماتهم الإبداعية. أخيرا في المبحث السابع: تم التعرف على أهم معوقات الإبداع الإداري، متبوعا بخاتمة تتضمن أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة. كما هدفت الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على العناصر الإبداعية في الإدارة المدرسية، ودورها في كسر رتابة الروتين المعتاد في البيئة المدرسية بأكملها. وتأتي أهمية الدراسة: بكونها تسلط الضوء على أهم التغيرات التي يجريها المدير المبدع بما يتناسب ومستجدات العصر، وأثرها في تطوير العملية التعليمية، والنهوض بها إلى أعلى المستويات. منهج البحث: يسعى هذا البحث إلى تحقيق أهدافه من خلال منهج استقرائي، وصفي، تحليلي.

This study dealt with creative administration both the applied and theoretical side of it showing its effect on schools principals. It also explains it through an introduction and seven researches. First research dealt with the meaning of creative administration for some Western and Arab scholars. The second research dealt with the relationship between creative administration and creativity, talent and intelligence while the third research dealt with types of creative Administration at schools and for the fourth dealt with the importance of the behavior of school principals when it comes to creative administration as for the fifth and sixth study dealt with the components of creative administration for schools principals and their own individual talents. The seventh and last research dealt with obstacles facing creative administration followed by a conclusion of the most important results of this study also the goal of this was focus light on the components of creativity in school administration and break the usual routine in the school environment at best. The importance of this study is its focus on changes a creative principle applies to live up to current affairs and its effect on education and carry on improvements to the highest standards. This research intentions were to achieve its goals through educational analytical and descriptive methods.
