|a جاءت هذه الورقة للبحث والكشف عن الدور الذي يلعبه تطبيق مبادئ الحوكمة في تحقيق جودة التعليم في الجامعة الجزائرية، ومن أجل ذلك أجريت الدراسة الميدانية بجامعة محمد لمين دباغين سطيف 02 على عينة قدرها (135) أستاذ دائم بمختلف الرتب، مستعملين المنهج الوصفي والاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن مستوى تطبيق مبادئ الحوكمة من وجهة نظر هيئة التدريس بجامعة سطيف 02 متوسط، وأن مستوى جودة التعليم من وجهة نظر هيئة التدريس بجامعة سطيف 02 منخفض، وأن لتطبيق مبادئ الحوكمة دور إيجابا كبير جدا في تحقيق جودة التعليم العالي.
|b This paper came to research and reveal the role that the application of the principles of governance plays in achieving the quality of education in the Algerian University, and for that the field study was conducted at the University of Mohamed Lamine Dabaghine Setif 02 on a sample of (135) permanent teachers of various ranks, using the descriptive method and the questionnaire as a tool for data collection. The study found that the level of application of the principles of governance from the viewpoint of the faculty at the University of Setif 02 is average, that the level of quality of education from the viewpoint of the faculty at the University of Setif 02 is low, and that the application of the principles of governance has a very positive role in achieving the quality of higher education.
