In this research, light will be shed on the personal mistakes of state employees, and the state’s responsibility for those mistakes will be determined because they carry out and perform tasks assigned to them by those institutions, and what is the position of the Iraqi and Egyptian judiciary on them, and a discussion of the pillars of responsibility, including error and harm, and a causal relationship between error and harm, and what those laws were based on. A brief study on the extent of its connection to administrative errors, the possibility of compensation for them, and determining the court competent for that compensation. Based on that, the research was divided into two sections in which we discussed the concept of personal administrative error and the most important jurisprudential opinions on the basis of which a distinction is made between personal error and civil error, while the second section was the content of the claim for compensation for that error.
