|a تعد الامتحانات عنصرا فعالا في قياس مدى نجاح المؤسسات في تنمية قدرات الطلاب الذين يتم تعليمهم بها. لأن الهدف الأساسي منها هو معرفة اكتساب الفرد المهارة ما وقدرته على الأداء المتقن بمستوى يؤكد كفايته في استخدام المعرفة في حياته العملية. وقد أكدت الدراسة بعد تتبع نتائج الامتحانات في مقررات مختلفة؛ من حيث النوع والهدف، وإن كانت الطرائق المعتمدة في تدريسها متقاربة لكونها تجري على المجموعات نفسها، أكدت وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية، بين بعض المقررات مثل نتائج المواد الشرعية والأدبية، من جهة ونتائج مقرر الحاسوب والنحو والصرف من ناحية أخرى، والسبب في ذلك يعود إلى قدرات الطلبة واستعداداتهم، لأن الفروق الفردية تقتضي التحكم في توجيه الطلاب بما يليق بهم، دون إهمال ميولهم لما في ذلك من دور فعال في دفع الطالب نحو المزيد من الاجتهاد تبعا لحبه لتخصص معين، والعكس صحيح. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة توصيات منها: ضرورة الاهتمام بتطوير أساليب الامتحان، وضرورة مراعاة الأهداف الأساسية للمؤسسات وهي تنمية المعارف والمهارات التي تساعد الطالب على تحقيق ذاته في المجتمع بوصفه خريج مؤسسة ذات مواصفات معينة تسهم في ربط الطالب بواقع مجتمعه وحضارته.
|b Exams are considered an effective factor in measuring the extent of an institutional success in developing the students' abilities in institutions where they are learning. The basic goal is the knowledge of the individual acquire-ment to the perfect performance to a level that ensures his satisfaction in us-ing knowledge in his career. This study has confirmed that, after tracking the exams result of different syllabi regarding types and objectives although the recognized techniques of teaching are close to each other as they are conducted on different groups, differences of statistical appearance among some curricula, for example, the results of the literary and legal subjects, in addition to the computer and gram- mar syllabus, are still present. The reason for that is due to students' abilities and their readiness, as individual differences require control and guidance that suits the students' wishes without neglecting their tendencies, ensuring an active role in urging the students towards working harder according to their choice and vice versa. This study has resulted in several recommendations: for example the need for developing exams techniques and the necessity of taking into ac- count the basic goals of the institutions, leading to the investment of knowl- edge and skills that help the students to acquire self-confidence in the society as graduates from an institution of certain specifications which contribute to connecting them to their society and their civilization.
