|a إن المشرع المغربي عمل على إدخال عدة إصلاحات، همت على الخصوص المجالات التي لها ارتباط بميدان المال والأعمال وذلك من أجل تحسين القواعد التي تساعد على بناء اقتصاد قوي وترسيخ الدعائم الحقيقية لتحقيق الأمن الاجتماعي. ولعل أهم وأبرز ما جاء به المشرع نجد "مسطرة الإنقاذ" كإجراء وقائي وعلاجي منح لرئيس المقاولة كلما تبين له أن مقاولته في وضعية مختلة وغير قادرة على تجاوز الصعوبات المعرقلة لها أو التي تتوقعها بما تملكه من إمكانات، وأن عدم تدخل القضاء سيؤدي لا محال إلى التوقف عن الدفع.
