المستخلص: Supply chain managers confront a wide range of difficulties in spite of the advantages of optimization. It is vital to comprehend these obstacles in order to formulate resilient tactics that mitigate weaknesses and augment the overall resilience of the supply chain. An increasingly important factor in supply chain optimization is sustainability. Sustainability extends beyond an ecological framework to include social and economic aspects that impact supply chain decision-making. This study attempts to accomplish a number of goals. First and foremost, it aims to offer a thorough summary of the advancements propelling supply chain efficiency. Its second objective is to ascertain and examine the obstacles that companies encounter when trying to achieve an optimal supply chain. Thirdly, the study will look at how supply chain management might include sustainable practices. This study's research technique included library research, which is a methodical way to collect and evaluate data from many sources. Books, papers, and scholarly publications from respectable organizations and institutions were included in this. The researcher used both qualitative and quantitative methodologies to examine the data gathered from the sources that were identified. In conclusion, this study offered a thorough examination of supply chain optimization innovations, difficulties, and sustainable methods. A number of advancements, including as automation, artificial intelligence, and the Internet of Things, are propelling supply chain efficiency.
