Books, papers, and scholarly publications from respectable organizations and institutions were included in this. The researcher used both qualitative and quantitative methodologies to examine the data gathered from the sources that were identified. In conclusion, this study offered a thorough examination of supply chain optimization innovations, difficulties, and sustainable methods. A number of advancements, including as automation, artificial intelligence, and the Internet of Things, are propelling supply chain efficiency.
