المستخلص: تسلط إشكالية الدراسة الضوء على علاقة إعلام النحن بالآخر، وذلك بالاعتماد على رؤية تحليلية نقدية، كما تكمن أهمية هذه الدراسة في إبراز العلاقة التي تشكلت بين إعلام النحن والآخر جراء التبعية المعبئة بثنائية الظاهر والمضمر، وقد اعتمد الباحث على منهجية مركبة في دراسته، إذ أخذ بالأسلوب الوصفي في التطرق إلى أهم النقاط التي تضمنتها الدراسة، كما اعتمد الباحث على المنهج الاستنباطي التحليلي في مناقشة أهم الموضوعات الواردة في الدراسة، كما خلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: أن الآخر سعى من خلال فرض نمطه الإعلامي، هو نتاج تفكيره التوسعي في شتى المجالات ومحاولته فرض أنماطه المجتمعية الهادفة، إلى حصر البشرية جمعاء في بوتقة واحدة تحت طائلة زيف حرية التفكير التي يمثل الإعلام جزءا منها، واعتبار النحن (في نظر الآخر) الهامش، بالسعي إلى تقليده باستيراد مختلف أشكال المعرفة والتقنيات والوسائل، ودمجها في المجتمعات العربية، وهناك أسباب عدة ظاهرة ومضمرة أدت بوصف إعلام النحن بالدونية، تم التطرق إليها في الدراسة، إضافة إلى التطرق لأهم الحلول الكفيلة لمعالجتها.

The study's problematique highlights the relationship of informing one another, based on a critical analytical vision, The importance of this research is also to highlight the relationship that has been formed between informing the tenderness and the other due to the dependence packed with apparent bilateralism and conscience. and the researcher relied on a methodology compounded in his study, He took the descriptive method of addressing the most important points of the study. The study also drew on the analytical methodology for discussing the study's most important topics. The study also drew on a series of findings, the most important of which were: The other sought to impose its media pattern, the product of its expansionist thinking in various fields and its attempt to impose its societal patterns aimed at confining all mankind to a single crucible under the pretext of falsifying the freedom of thought, part of which is the media, and considering the grunt In the other's view, the margin seeks to import all forms of knowledge, techniques and means and integrate them into Arab societies. There are a number of obvious and implicit reasons that led to the presentation of the inferiority media addressed in the study, as well as the most important solutions to address them.
