| 520 | |b The present study investigates the topic of pedagogical training for university teachers, with the aim of understanding the current situation of pedagogical training for university teachers in Algerian universities. The study presents the general requirements of pedagogical training and the processes that are necessary for its success. Moreover, it reviews previous studies that were conducted on this type of training in Algerian universities and compared them. The study found that pedagogical training for university teachers in Algerian universities contributes to the effectiveness of teaching and has a positive impact on it. | ||
