520 |a وهي أقوال الحافظ حفص بن غياث في جرح الرواة وتعديلهم، ومدى موافقة ذلك أو مخالفته للأئمة النقاد، وكذلك منهجه في التعديل والتجريح. تظهر أهمية البحث في بيان منهج الحافظ حفص بن غياث في تعديل الرواة وتجريحهم، وأن تلك القواعد التي اعتمد عليها في ذلك؛ هي ذات ما ورد عن أئمة علم الحديث، بدليل موافقتهم له فيما ذهب إليه، وهذا ينبئ عن أن ذلك كان منهجا علميا ساروا عليه رحمهم الله، وإن اختلفوا في تطبيقات تلك القواعد في القبول والرد. - أسلوب البحث: اعتمد البحث على طريقة الجمع لأقوال الحافظ حفص بن غياث، الواردة في كتب الجرح والتعديل، ومن ثم تخصيص كل راو تكلم فيه ببيان؛ نذكر فيه اسم الراوي كاملا وكنيته، وبعضا من شيوخه وتلاميذه، ثم قول الحافظ حفص بن غياث في هذا الراوي محل البحث، وبعد ذلك كلام أهل العلم فيه، ثم نقارن بين قول الحافظ حفص، وبين أقوال الأئمة النقاد، ونختم ذلك بخلاصة القول في الراوي. نتائج البحث: توصلت بحمد الله من هذا البحث إلى معرفة مكانة هذا الحافظ في الجرح والتعديل على قلة في أقواله، وإلى اعتماد أهل العلم عليه فيما ورد عنه بشأن أحوال الرواة وإلى أهمية معرفة مصطلحات الأئمة، ودراستها والمقارنة بينها. توصيات البحث: من أهم ذلك: التوصية بدراسة مناهج المقلين في الجرح والتعديل، وسبب ذلك، ومعرفة المنهج الذي ساروا عليه، ومصطلحاتهم في نقد الرواة.  |b - Search problem: These are the sayings of Al-Hafiz Hafs bin Ghayath about wounding and modifying narrators, and the extent to which this agrees or contradicts the critical imams, as well as his approach to modification and defamation. - The importance of research: The importance of the research appears in the statement of the approach of Al Hafiz Hafs bin Ghayath in modifying and insulting narrators, and that those rules on which he relied in doing so are the same as what was reported from the imams of hadith science, with evidence of their approval of him in what he went to, and this indicates that this was a scientific approach that they followed, may God have mercy on them, even if they differed in the applications of those rules in acceptance and response. - Research method: The research relied on the method of combining the sayings of Al-Hafiz Hafs bin Ghayath, contained in the books of wound and modification, and then allocating each narrator who spoke in it with a statement, in which we mention the narrator's full name and surname, and some of his sheikhs and disciples, then the words of Al- Hafiz Hafs bin Ghayath in this narrator in question, and then the words of the scholars in it, then we compare the words of Al-Hafiz Hafs, and the sayings of the critical imams, and we conclude with a summary of the narrator. -Results: Praise be to God, I reached from this research to know the status of this Hafiz in the wound and the amendment to the lack of his sayings, and to the reliance of scholars on him in what was reported about him regarding the conditions of the narrators and the importance of knowing the terms of the imams, and studying and comparing them. - Research recommendations: Among the most important of these is the recommendation to study the methods of the Maqalin in wound and modification, and the reason for that, and to know the approach they followed, and their terminology in criticizing the narrators.
