|a هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الوقوف على مستوى توافر مقومات الشراكة المجتمعية بمدارس ولاية بهلاء في محافظة الداخلية بسلطنة عُمان في ضوء معايير دولة طاجيكستان، واتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، كما استخدمت الاستبانة في جمع البيانات والمعلومات وتم تطبيقها على عينة مكونة من (۱۰۰) من المعلمين والمعلمات. وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن مستوى توافر مقومات الشراكة المجتمعية بمدارس ولاية بهلاء في محافظة الداخلية بسلطنة عُمان في ضوء معايير دولة طاجيكستان جاء عاليا بصورة إجمالية، كما جاء عاليا في جميع الأبعاد وهي: الشراكة مع أولياء الأمور، والتواصل مع أولياء الأمور، وتوصيل التقارير لأولياء الأمور، ومساهمة المجتمع، والتواصل مع المجتمع، والمدرسة كمورد مجتمعي. كما كشفت النتائج عن وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة عند مستوى (α ≤ 0.05) تعزى إلى متغيرات الجنس ولصالح الإناث، والمؤهل العلمي ولصالح البكالوريوس، وسنوات الخبرة ولصالح لصالح ١٠ سنوات فأقل، والمسمى الوظيفي ولصالح معلم أول.
|b The present study aimed to identify The components availability level of community partnership in the schools of Bahla State in Al Dakhiliyah Governorate in the Sultanate of Oman in the light of the standards of the State of Tajikistan, study used a descriptive method, also used the questionnaire to collect data and information were applied to a sample of (100) teachers. The results of the study concluded that The components availability level of community partnership in the schools of Bahla State in Al Dakhiliyah Governorate in the Sultanate of Oman in the light of the standards of the State of Tajikistan was high in general, and it was also high in all domains of study, which are Partnership with parents, Communication with parents, Reporting to parents , Contribution of the community, Communication with the community Developing and The school as a community resource. The results also revealed that there were statistically significant differences in the responses of the study sample at the level (α ≤ 0.05) attributed to the variables of gender in favor of females, scientific qualification in favor of bachelors, years of experience in favor of 10 years or less, and job title in favor of senior teacher.
