|a هدفت الدراسة تعرف درجة تحقيق الهدف الرابع من أهداف التنمية المستدامة لعام ٢٠٣٠ في مرحلة التعليم الأساسي في المدارس الأردنية من وجهة نظر المدراء والمعلمين. استخدم المنهج الوصفي المسحي، والاستبانة أداة لجمع البيانات، طبقت على عينة قوامها (٥٢) مديرا ومديرة، و(۳۸۳) معلما ومعلمة. وأظهرت النتائج أن درجة تحقيق الهدف الرابع من أهداف التنمية المستدامة في مرحلة التعليم الأساسي من وجهة نظر المدراء والمعلمين ككل جاءت كبيرة، وجاء مجال التعليم الجيد للجميع في المرتبة الأولى، تلاه مجال التعليم المنصف للجميع في المرتبة الثانية، وأخيرا مجال تعزيز فرص التعلم مدى الحياة للجميع في المرتبة الثالثة. وبينت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المتوسطات الحسابية لتقديرات درجة تحقيق الهدف الرابع من أهداف التنمية المستدامة لعام ۲۰۳۰ في مرحلة التعليم الأساسي تعزى لمتغيري المسمى الوظيفي ولصالح المدراء، والمؤهل العلمي ولصالح الدبلوم العالي، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المتوسطات الحسابية لتقديرات درجة تحقيق الهدف الرابع من أهداف التنمية المستدامة في مرحلة التعليم الأساسي تعزى لمتغيري (الجنس، وسنوات الخبرة). توصي الدراسة بقيام وزارة التربية والتعليم بتأمين مرافق تعليمية في المدارس ومناسبة لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة والأطفال، وعقد دورات تدريبية للمعلمين حول مخاطر انعدام المساواة في الانتفاع بالتعليم الجيد.
|b The study aimed to identify the degree of achievement of the fourth goal of the Sustainable Development Goals for the year (2030) in the basic education stage in Jordanian schools from the point of view of principals and teachers. The descriptive survey method was used, and a questionnaire was used as a tool for collecting data. It was applied to a sample of (52) male and female principals, and (383) male and female teachers. The results showed that the degree of achieving the fourth goal of the Sustainable Development Goals in the basic education stage from the point of view of principals and teachers as a whole was great, and the field of quality education for all came in first place, followed by the field of equitable education for all in second place, and finally the field of enhancing lifelong learning opportunities for all in third place. The results showed that there were statistically significant differences between the arithmetic averages of the estimates of the degree of achievement of the fourth goal of the Sustainable Development Goals for the year 2030 in the basic education stage due to the variables of job title, in favor of managers, and academic qualification, in favor of the higher diploma. Results: There are no statistically significant differences between the arithmetic averages of estimates of the degree of achievement of the fourth goal of the Sustainable Development Goals in the basic education stage due to the variables (gender and years of experience). The study recommends that the Ministry of Education provide educational facilities in schools suitable for people with special needs and children, and hold training courses for teachers on the dangers of inequality in access to quality education.
