هدف البحث الحالي إلى التعريف بهذه القاعدة ومكانتها عند المفسرين وتطبيقهم لها وإبراز القيمة العلمية لها وبيان أثرها في تفسير سور الكهف والنور والفرقان والشعراء لابن عثيمين ودراسة تطبيقات هذه القاعدة عند ابن عثيمين في سور الكهف والنور والفرقان والشعراء. واتبع البحث المنهج الاستقرائي والتحليلي والوصفي للأقوال التفسيرية الناشئة من القاعدة. وقد قسم البحث إلى مقدمة، وقسمين، وخاتمة، وفهارس، حيث اشتمل القسم الأول على فصلين: الفصل الأول: تعريف موجز بابن عثيمين وبتفسيره، وفيه مبحثان: المبحث الأول: تعريف موجز بالشيخ ابن عثيمين رحمه الله. المبحث الثاني: تعريف موجز بتفسير ابن عثيمين رحمه الله. واشتمل الفصل الثاني بيان معنى القاعدة ومكانتها عند المفسرين واستخدامهم لها وفيه مبحثان: المبحث الأول: معنى قاعدة "إذا احتمل اللفظ معاني عدة ولم يمتنع إرادة الجميع حمل عليها". المبحث الثاني: مكانة القاعدة عند المفسرين واستخدامهم لها. القسم الثاني: الدراسة التطبيقية للقاعدة من سور الكهف والنور والفرقان والشعراء. وتتمثل أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها في هذا البحث في الآتي في إبراز أهمية تفسير ابن عثيمين وتسليط الضوء عليه، وعلى هذه القاعدة وأهميتها وأثرها في توضيح الكثير من المعاني، وتقرير الشيخ ابن عثيمين لهذه القاعدة واستعماله لها كما مر معنا في تطبيقات هذه القاعدة من سور الكهف والنور والفرقان والشعراء. وتم التوصية بإكمال البحث في هذه القاعدة من خلال السور المتبقية التي لم تبحث والعناية بهذه القاعدة والتطبيق عليها من خلال تفاسير أخرى.
The aim of the current research is to introduce this rule and its status among commentators and their application of it, highlight its scientific value, and explain its impact in interpreting Ibn Uthaymeen’s Surah Al-Kahf, Al-Nour, Al-Furqan, and Shuara’, and to study the applications of this rule according to Ibn Uthaymeen in Surah Al-Kahf, Al-Nour, Al-Furqan, and Al-Shuara’. The research followed the inductive approach. The analytical and descriptive interpretation of the explanatory statements emerging from the rule. The research was divided into an introduction, two sections, a conclusion, and indexes, where the first section included two chapters: The first chapter: A brief introduction to Ibn Uthaymeen and his interpretation, and it contains two sections: The first section: A brief The second section: A brief introduction to the interpretation of Ibn Uthaymeen, may God have mercy on him. The second chapter included: an explanation of the meaning of the rule and its status among the commentators and their use of it. It contains two sections: The first topic: The meaning of the rule “If a word carries several meanings and the will of all does not prevent it, then it is carried.” The second topic: The status of the rule among commentators and their use of it. The second section: Applied study of the rule from Surat Al- Kahf, Al Nour, Al-Furqan, and Al-Shu’ara. The most important results that I reached in this research are the following: highlighting the importance of Ibn Uthaymeen’s interpretation and shedding light on it, this rule and its importance and impact in clarifying many meanings, and Sheikh Ibn Uthaymeen’s report on this rule and his use of it, as was mentioned in the applications of this rule in The Surahs of the Cave, the Light, the Criterion, and the Poets. It was recommended to complete the research on this rule through the remaining surahs that were not researched, and to pay attention to this rule and apply it through other interpretations.
