|a من المعروف لدى المعنيين من الباحثين أن الاهتمام بالإعداد المهني في أثناء الخدمة يمثل ضرورة لازمة في المهن والوظائف والقطاعات جميعها وتعزى أهميته في أن له أهدافا وغايات استثمارية تعمل على زيادة الكفاية الإنتاجية وتحسين مستوى الأداء وتنمية قدرات الأفراد، ومهاراتهم في مجالات عملهم المعرفي والعملي، فضلا عن إحداث تغييرات في اتجاهاتهم وسلوكهم وعلاقاتهم مع العمل والعاملين، ومن ثم اكتساب طرائق وأساليب جديدة يمكن أن تسهم في تطوير المؤسسات، وحل مشكلاتها، وتنامي الاهتمام بالإعداد في المدة الأخيرة على نحو كبير، وذلك لأنه يهدف إلى تنمية الموارد البشرية، وإعداد ملاكات فنية لمواجهة نقص المهارات الناتج من التطورات المستمرة، والسريعة في شتى جوانب العمل، وتقنياته، على انه يرفع من مستوى أداء المتدربين وقدراتهم في أداء أعمالهم أو تهيئتهم لأدوار جديدة يمكن أن يشغلونها في وقت لاحق.

Its importance is due to the fact that it has investment goals and objectives that increase productivity, improve the level of performance and develop the capabilities of individuals and their skills in the fields of their knowledge and practical work, as well as Bringing about changes in their attitudes, behavior, and relations with work and workers, and then acquiring new methods and methods that can contribute to the development of institutions and solving their problems. Interest in preparation has grown in the recent period significantly, because it aims to develop human resources and prepare technical cadres to meet the lack of skills. As a result of the continuous and rapid developments in various aspects of work and its techniques, it raises the level of performance of the trainees and their capabilities in performing their work or prepares them for new roles that they can occupy at a later time.
