|a يهدف البحث إلى تسليط الضوء على مفهومي التنمية الحضرية والتنمية الحضرية المستدامة ومؤشراتها فضلا عن مفهوم الموارد وتصنيفاتها وموارد المنطقة الحضرية. وتكمن مشكلة البحث بوجود قصور معرفي في مدى إدراك العتبات المقدسة لموارد مدينة كربلاء المقدسة وآليات تعظيمها واستدامتها من خلال مشاريعها. وارتكز البحث في منهجيته على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في تحقيق هدف البحث معتمدا في الجانب النظري على مصادر كثيرة ومتعددة فضلا عن الدراسات المتخصصة السابقة للوصول إلى تعميمات بشأن مفاهيم التنمية المستدامة في المناطق الحضرية وكيفية تنمية مواردها.
|b The research aims to shed light on the concepts of urban development and sustainable urban development and their indicators, as well as the concept of resources, their classifications, and the resources of the urban area. The problem of the research lies in the presence of a cognitive deficiency in the extent to which the holy shrines understand the resources of the holy city of Karbala and the mechanisms for maximizing and sustaining them through their projects. The research was based in its methodology on the descriptive analytical approach in achieving the research goal, relying in the theoretical aspect on many and multiple sources as well as previous specialized studies to reach generalizations regarding the concepts of sustainable development in urban areas and how to develop their resources.
