المستخلص: The research aimed to identify effective practices in managing electronic classes through the Madrasati platform. The descriptive analytical approach was adopted and the questionnaire was used as a data collection tool. The study population consisted of all computer and administrative science teachers in the city of Riyadh, numbering (1,400) teachers, and the research sample amounted to (307) teachers, and the research found (7) factors that had a positive impact on the management of the electronic classroom in light of the Corona pandemic. From the point of view of computer and administrative science teachers in Riyadh, with a general arithmetic average of (4.02), the challenges facing electronic classroom management in light of the Corona pandemic came to a moderate degree from the point of view of computer and administrative science teachers in Riyadh, with a general arithmetic average of (4.02). 3.19), which shows that the degree of approval indicates (neutral) in the study tool, and the researchers recommended facilitating the process of building activities through the Madrasati platform in a diverse and attractive manner, similar to the sites and applications that teachers benefit from online and off the platform.

The current study aimed to identify the impact of leadership styles on the creative behavior of workers at King Fahd Hospital in Medina. As well as identifying the dominant leadership style in King Fahd Hospital in Medina from the point of view of its employees, and revealing the level of creative behavior among employees from their point of view. The researchers prepared a questionnaire consisting of two variables (leadership styles creative behavior), and the study found in its results that there is a statistically significant effect at the level (α ≤ 0.05) for leadership styles (autocratic style democratic style free style) on the Achieving the creative behavior of employees at King Fahd Hospital in Medina. As the results showed. The study also showed that there are no statistically significant differences about leadership styles and their impact on creative behavior on the employees of King Fahd Hospital in Medina due to the following variables (age, educational level, years of experience), where the significance value was not statistically significant at the significance level (0.05).). In light of these results, the researchers recommended the necessity of adopting some modern administrative methods, such as administrative empowerment and delegation, which would increase the participation of employees, which in turn is reflected in creativity and development.
