|a دفعت التحولات في ظل التغيرات التي حدثت في النظام العالمي الجديد إلى تبني سياسات جديدة في علاقاتهم؛ حيث تقوم هذه العلاقات على الاعتماد المتبادل فيما بينهم والمصالح المشتركة وتوازن المصالح. ويمثل التطور الذي حدث في العلاقات الصينية الخليجية إدراكاً لمعطيات الظروف الدولية والإقليمية، وأهمية هذا التطور في العلاقات فيما بينهم لوجود المصالح المشتركة بين الطرفين. يهدف هذا البحث إلى استعراض علاقات الصين بدول الخليج العربي، لاسيما البعد الاقتصادي؛ فعلاقات الصين بتلك الدول تتسم بقدر كبير من الأهمية يفرضها كم المصالح الاقتصادية المتبادلة بين الطرفين، ورغبة الجانبين في تنمية وتطوير تلك العلاقات.
|b The transformations in light of the changes that occurred in the new world order prompted the adoption of new policies in their relations, so that these relations are based on mutual dependence among them, common interests and a balance of interests. The development that took place in the Chinese-Gulf relations represents a realization of the international and regional condition, and the importance of this development in the relations between them, due to the existence of common interests between the two parties. This research aims to review China s relations with the Arab Gulf states, especially, the economic dimension. Chinas relations with those countries are of great importance imposed by the amount of mutual economic interests between the two parties, and the two sides desire to improve and develop these relations.
