|a هدفت هذه الدراسة والتي بعنوان التصالح مع الذات وعلاقته بالصلابة النفسية لدى عينة من اليتيمات المراهقات بمحافظة حفر الباطن، إلى التعرف على مستوى التصالح مع الذات والصلابة النفسية لدى اليتيمات بجمعية تراؤف بمحافظة حفر الباطن، والتعرف على ما إذا كان هناك فروقا ذات دلالة إحصائية بين مستوى التصالح مع الذات والصلابة النفسية تعزى لمتغيرات الدراسة (المستوى الدراسي والمرحلة التعليمية)، اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، طبقت الباحثة مقياس التصالح مع الذات في صورته الأجنبية من إعداد نيف (Neff, 2003) بهدف قياس كيفية التصالح مع الذات، وكذلك مقياس الصلابة النفسية من إعداد مخيمر (٢٠٠٦) وهو عبارة عن أداة تعطي تقديرا كميا الصلابة الفرد النفسية، والأداة مكونة من ٤٧ عبارة تركز على جوانب الصلابة النفسية للفرد، تمثلت عينة الدراسة بعينة عشوائية بسيطة مكونة من (١٤٥) من طالبات بجمعية تراؤف بمحافظة حفر الباطن، أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن مستوى التصالح مع الذات والصلابة النفسية لدى طالبات جمعية تراؤف بمحافظة حفر الباطن كان متوسطا، كما كشفت الدراسة عن عدم وجود علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين مستوى التصالح مع الذات وعلاقته بالصلابة النفسية لدى الطالبات، كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغير المستوى الدراسي والمرحلة التعليمية لدى الطالبات، وأوصت الدراسة في النهاية بعدة توصيات لعل من أهمها تصميم برامج لزيادة الخبرات التي من شأنها أن تزيد من شعور اليتيمات بالصلابة النفسية والتي تمكنهم من المثابرة في تحقيق أهدافهم، كما أوصت بضرورة إعداد برامج ودورات نفسية واجتماعية تهدف إلى تنمية اليتيمات في إدارة الضغوط، واكتساب الأساليب الإيجابية لمواجهتها.
|b The study of entitled Reconciliation with the self and its relationship to psychological toughness among a sample of adolescent orphan girls in Hafr Al-Batin Governorate, aimed to identify the level of self-reconciliation and psychological toughness among orphan women in Taraouf Association in Hafr Al-Batin Governorate, and to identify whether there are significant differences A statistic between the level of self-reconciliation and psychological hardness due to the study variables (the academic level and the educational stage), the study relied on the descriptive correlative approach, As well as the psychological hardness scale prepared by Mukhaimer (2006), which is a tool that gives a quantitative estimate of the individual’s psychological hardness, and the tool consists of 47 phrases that focus on aspects of the psychological hardness of the individual. The results of the study showed that the level of self-reconciliation and psychological toughness among the students of the Taraouf Association in Hafr Al-Batin Governorate was moderate, and the study also revealed that there was no statistically significant correlation between the level of self-reconciliation and its relationship to psychological toughness among the students The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences due to the variable of the academic level and the educational stage of the female students. Finally, the study recommended several recommendations, perhaps the most important of which is the design of programs to increase experiences that would increase the orphan’s feeling of psychological toughness and that would enable them to persevere in achieving their goals. The necessity of preparing psychological and social programs and courses aimed at developing orphans in managing pressures, and acquiring positive methods to confront them.
