|a يهدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على واقع تطبيق نظم الحوكمة على الحوافز الخاصة باللاعبين بالأندية الرياضية بمحافظة الدقهلية، وأجرى الباحثون على عينة استطلاعية قوامها (٥٥) من مجالس الإدارات، المديرين، الإداريين، والمدربين، واللاعبين بالأندية الرياضية بمحافظة الدقهلية، من خارج عينة البحث الأساسية ومن داخل مجتمع البحث، وعينة أساسية مكونة من (٤٢٠) من مجالس الإدارات، المديرين، الإداريين والمدربين واللاعبين بالأندية الرياضية بمحافظة الدقهلية، واشتملت أدوات البحث على استمارة استبيان من إعداد الباحثون، وكانت أهم استنتاجات البحث توجد قواعد ولائحة معلنه خاصة بحوافز ومكافأة اللاعبين بالنادي، كما يتم تعديل لائحة الحوافز والمكافأة الخاصة باللاعبين كل موسم رياضي، وكانت من أهم توصيات البحث: تعزيز عمليات تقدير جهود اللاعبين وذلك من خلال الثناء عليهم وتحفيزهم الذين يحققون مستويات أداء عالية، وذلك تقديرا واعترافا بمجهوداتهم من قبل الإدارة والعمل على إشراك اللاعبين وقائدي الفرق في الإدارة وذلك بان يكون لهم مساهمه في إدارة النادي مساهمة فعلية، عن طريق المشاركة في رسم سياسات النادي، واتخاذ قراراته.
|b This research aims to identify the reality of applying governance systems to incentives for players in sports clubs in Dakahlia Governorate. Within the research community, and a basic sample consisting of (420) boards of directors, managers, administrators, coaches, and players in sports clubs in Dakahlia Governorate, and the research tools included a questionnaire prepared by the researchers, and the most important findings of the research were that there are rules and regulations declared for incentives and rewards for players in the club The list of incentives and rewards for players is modified every sports season, and one of the most important recommendations of the research was: Enhancing the processes of appreciating the efforts of players by praising and motivating them who achieve high levels of performance, in appreciation and recognition of their efforts by the administration and working to involve players and team leaders in Management, by having an actual contribution to the management of the club, by participating in drawing up the club's policies and making its decisions..
